We pack custom tie-dye kits with care and ship them to the address provided at checkout.

Order processing
Processing time depends on the size and complexity of the kit, current order volume, and supply availability. Because many orders are assembled around selected sizes and options, processing may take longer than a ready-made product.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout when shipping services are enabled. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.
Shipping address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Local events and special arrangements
For Richmond-area events, local arrangements may be available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before ordering if you need an event-specific plan.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows a package is delayed or missing, contact us and the shipping carrier. We will help review the shipment information and determine the best next step.
