Each kit is built around the options selected at checkout. A typical kit can include shirts, dye colors, gloves, rubber bands, instructions, and selected add-ons. The final contents depend on the shirt count, sizes, colors, and upgrades you choose.
How do I choose sizes for a group?
Use the custom kit page to add size rows and quantities. If you are unsure, include a note at checkout and we can review the order before fulfillment.
Can The Color Lab come to my event?
Yes, local event support may be available in the Richmond, Virginia area and surrounding communities. Use the contact page to share your date, location, group size, and event details.
Will the shirts fade?
All dyed fabric can change over time, but our kits are designed around better dye preparation, clearer instructions, and practical washing guidance to help color last longer than typical quick kits.
How should we wash finished shirts?
Follow the included kit instructions first. In general, freshly dyed items should be rinsed according to the instructions, washed separately at first, and washed with care after the dye is set.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time depends on kit size, order volume, and selected supplies. Shipping estimates will be shown during checkout once you have input an address.
Can I return a custom kit?
Because kits are assembled around selected sizes, colors, and supplies, custom kit returns may be limited. Please review the Refund and Returns Policy before ordering.
