Please review this policy before placing an order for a custom Color Lab kit.

The Color Lab assembles many orders based on selected sizes, quantities, colors, supplies, and customer notes. Because these kits are customized, returns and cancellations may be limited once an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Custom kit orders
Custom kit orders are generally not eligible for return simply because the order was assembled specifically for the customer. Please review all sizes, quantities, shipping details, and notes before checkout.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to help before the order is packed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when helpful. We may offer a replacement, corrected shipment, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-returnable items
Used, opened, washed, dyed, worn, or customer-altered items are not eligible for return. Perishable, time-sensitive, or event-specific supplies may also be non-returnable.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or replacement is due to an error by The Color Lab. Customers may be responsible for return shipping when a return is approved for reasons not caused by our error.
